Chair of Trustees
Sarah brings 15 years of experience in charity governance and disability advocacy across Northern Ireland.
David Thompson
Treasurer
A qualified accountant with expertise in charity finance and ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.
Emma Wilson
Secretary
Emma is a parent of a young person with disabilities and brings lived experience to our governance.
Michael O'Brien
Trustee
Michael has a background in social work and youth services, with deep knowledge of disability support.
Patricia Hughes
Trustee
Patricia is a retired educator with extensive experience supporting young people with additional needs.
James Kelly
Trustee
James works in healthcare and brings expertise in service delivery and quality improvement.

Programme Coordinator
Rachel oversees day-to-day operations and ensures our programmes run smoothly for young people and families.

Youth Support Worker
Connor works directly with young people, facilitating activities and supporting skill development.
