Supporting young people with disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives across Northern Ireland.

We exist to help young people with physical disabilities and additional needs across Northern Ireland build independence, confidence, and opportunity through person-centred programmes and family support.
Founded by families who saw the need for better support for young people with disabilities in Northern Ireland. What started as a small group with a big vision.
Expanded to three distinct programmes: SAIL, Freedom2Choose, and Family Voice Hub, each addressing specific needs in our community.
Supporting 150+ young people and 200+ families annually, delivering over 1000 sessions each year across Northern Ireland.
Everything we do is guided by three core principles that shape how we support young people and families.
Every young person's journey is unique. We adapt to individual needs, goals, and aspirations, ensuring each person receives support tailored specifically to them.
We create spaces where young people and families feel understood, valued, and connected. Our community is built on mutual respect and shared experiences.
We support the whole family, recognizing that family wellbeing is essential to young people's success. When families thrive, young people thrive.
We believe every young person has the right to make their own choices and live as independently as possible.
Everyone deserves to be part of their community, to belong, and to be valued for who they are.
We help young people and families find their voice, build confidence, and advocate for themselves.
We treat everyone with dignity, listening to their needs and honoring their experiences.
