Empowering young people to choose activities they enjoy, build lasting friendships, and develop confidence through meaningful experiences.
Get Involved
Freedom2Choose is about exactly that - freedom and choice. Young people choose activities they want to try, places they want to visit, and experiences they want to have.
It's not about what we think young people should do - it's about what they want to do. Through this programme, young people build confidence, make friends, and discover new interests in a supportive environment.
Young people choose from a wide range of activities based on their interests
Swimming, bowling, accessible sports, and outdoor activities.
Art classes, music sessions, drama, and creative workshops.
Cinema trips, cafes, restaurants, and community events.
Accessible adventure experiences, day trips, and outdoor exploration.
Gaming sessions, digital skills, and technology exploration.
Relaxation, mindfulness, yoga, and activities that support mental health.

Before Freedom2Choose, I spent most of my time at home. I was lonely and didn't think anyone would want to be friends with me.
Now I go out every week, I've tried things I never imagined doing, and I have a group of friends who really get me. Freedom2Choose changed my life.
- Sophie, Freedom2Choose Participant
